While at the University of Wyoming College of Law, Mr. Findley published The Do-Not-Call Registry and Its Overwhelming Support: This Time Congress Really Means It, 5 Wyo. Law. Rev. 2 (2005); and received admission into the national Order of the Barristers for his performance in the Jessup International Moot Court Competition). He has served as board president of Meals on Wheels of Loveland and Berthoud, Inc., and has lived in Loveland since 2006. |
Joseph D. Findley graduated from the University of Wyoming College of Law in 2005. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism with honors (News Editorial) and a Bachelor of Art in Political Science from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1999. Mr. Findley has served as the Larimer County Deputy Public Administrator since March 31, 2008 and continues to serve in that capacity.
